There are two ways of collaborating with us. The rules are as follows:

For wholesaler:
- you need to order our products via email, fax or by phone and provide us with information such as:
address, TIN ( taxpayer's identification number / tax reference number ), phone number.

Your order will be proceeded according to wholesale price list (which is attached).
The package will be sent with courier UPS within 5 working days on COD conditions (cash on delivery) or instead you can pay for delivery with money transfer.
- you can buy our products without labels (let us know earlier if you do not want them labeled) In this situation we suggest to register these products under changed names in the Medicine of Work Intitute in Lodz (Poland). The certificates of our products are available at the request.
- the minimal net value of the order should be 700 PLN


Distributor
-you should first write the official letter to the management of our company about your wish to become a distributor. You should attach the documents which prove that you run your own business (economic activity). After positive answer from our management you will get two copies of the agreement for signing. Before signing you should fill in these agreements.
The signed two copies should be sent to our company for entering your comapny as distributor into our database of distributors.
- every distributor have to buy and sell our products with the oryginal labels.
- the prices for distributor are always down one price column without the fourth price column.
Big orders or other than available volumes are priced separately.
- the minimal net value of the order should be 400 PLN
